no skins on evga dl site the ones from here are usf and the ones in the skin folder are uxf cannot get any to work

Zim, no need to open this in UxfTool. Copy the file to the Skins directory as shown below. Then open PrecisionX 16, and click the green triangle as shown. Now open the Interface and select the Fallout...
